        Store night Manager lady was very judgmental and rude, closes lobby down hours early as well. I'm in town working and I will never come to this McDonalds ever again, maybe not any..

        Went to McDonalds on Sunday, February 25. I ordered on one of the digital screens, and took around 15 minutes for my order to be ready; however, the drive-thru was very busy, which could have contributed to the wait time. The most surprising part being there was the managers (or what I assume is the manager) attitude. While I was waiting for my order, an elderly person was politely asking for something from the cashier and the manager comes up to the register and says something like I cant do that because of COVID. Seriously, that is the worst excuse to give to a customer especially in 2024. The manager was wearing a mask by the way. Later on, another customer had a question with his order and the manager casually walks toward the front door without assisting the customer and she muttered I havent had a cigarette since 7. Very disappointing service, but thankfully, the food I got was correct.
