        Clean, comfortable, easy access. Shared pool with Red Roof Inn, but had their own hot tub tucked behind the workout room! Very close to Space Aliens, too! Had no noise issues, front desk was very friendly. We stayed for a few days, had no issues!

        Not pet friendly!! The management made it seam that dogs are just a burden to them and did not like them there. No breakfast! we left to go eat and came back to find workers in our room when the do not disturb sign was up they played it off as they were checking the room out. We will never stay again

        Our youth hockey team was supposed to stay here. The week we were supposed to stay they decide to not serve breakfast and their swimming pool is out of order. DO NOT STAY here if you have kids. Plenty of other hotels in Fargo that actually care about family experience.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent stay. We are a pet friendly hotel and are sorry to hear that wasn't felt on your end. We weren't aware that you had a pet let alone 3 which we do only allow 2 with a signed pet policy form. We were happy to continue your stay and allow the third pet without additional fees or penalty in this instance. I would recommend always notifying your hotel of your pets accompanying you so the required forms are complete and open communication can occur.

      Hi Brady,Mainstay as a brand discontinued their breakfast in January of 2022 and we have not advertised breakfast as an amenity. Our website displays all of our information correctly and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. You did cancel your reservation and did not stay with us. I ensure you we cater to all our guests, especially the kids in fact. Families and kids come here excited for their tournaments and we support and look forward to having everyone.
