Had appointment to establish care, and was informed United Healthcare is no longer in network. Very disappointing. ***edit to reflect reply below*** I own my company, so I am my own employer. I signed up myself and all my employees for the dental insurance. My company (employer) changed nothing. It is MyDental that changed their policy.

The staff are always welcoming, they remembered my name after the first day, which is super impressive. Theyre always willing to work with me if Im running a few minutes behind, and most importantly theyre flexible with my schedule. Definitely not going anywhere else.

Had an appointment today with my daughter's 1st appointment when getting there they told me they would take her back with out me which immediately sent me into a shock she 4 good luck it was a horrible experience for her she crying and now from this moment on in going to have a horrible time trying to get her to go thanks mydental

My Dental was a very positive experience for me. I chipped a front tooth on Monday and they were able to get me in right away. Trish, at the front desk was very warm and kind to me. Dr. Quinn is a phenomenal dentist, very efficient and extremely precise in his excellent work. Ive seen him for years and he has such a positive attitude, he is in my opinion the best dentist out there I almost dont like sharing hes the best and the nicest because I know hell be overbooked before I know it, but its true! Kelsey, his assistant is incredible at her job and very attentive as well, she asked whether Id like to watch tv or listen to spa music , I chose the spa music! Finally, they will work within the parameters of your insurance, so if you have more dental needs as I do due to dry mouth, they make sure youre within the financial parameters of the insurance.
