        Very displeased with the service at Boot Barn. Took another customer to find a store Associate, and when she finally came from the back of the store, she proceeded be on her phone at the same time as we were in the process of paying for our items. Less to say we'll never be back to Boot Barn. The Associate and the other person next to her didn't seem to care that's for sure.

        Worst experience ever at Bootbarn, first off no automatic doors for handicapped people in wheelchairs. Second thing is they are rude and obnoxious and on their phones, dont pay attention to customers at the checkout. Third thing is their boot selection sucks too. Never going back
