Avalon Event Center Downtown

We had our wedding reception at the Avalon on 1/3/15. Kelli is very accommodating and easy to work with. She was able to make our reception just as we pictured it. The Avalon is a beautiful setting and I would recommend it to everyone. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our guests also had very positive feedback about the venue too! Thank you Kelli and staff for making our reception fun and a night to remember! (:

I was SO impressed with the Avalon! They had 2 locations and 8 different ballrooms to choose from, so we were able to get the perfect space for our wedding! The brand new Avalon West is GOREGOUS! We booked our wedding there for this Spring 2015 and are SO excited! We were also able to book the Avalon Downtown for our Groom's Dinner so we are able to use both facilities! The booking process was stress free and the staff was VERY helpful with all of the details and arrangements for our big day! We can't wait to get married at the Avalon!

My fiance and I are having our wedding reception at the Avalon West in August and Kayla has been so helpful throughout the whole process. When we first toured the location the ballroom that we chose to have our reception in, the Dakota Ballroom, wasn't completely finished yet but from what was completed, it was gorgeous! I did attend the Bridesmaids Ball that the Avalon West hosted in February and it was so exciting to be able to see the finished product of the Dakota Ballroom and to be able to picture what our reception will look like! It's amazing how they transformed the former Hub into soemthing so classic and elegant. I would definitely recommend The Avalon to anyone looking for a place to hold their wedding reception or party.

We booked our wedding reception at the Avalon West location and couldn't be more excited! The prices were reasonable and with the newly renovated additions to the West location, it will be perfect for our wedding day. I would recommend it!

Management was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great event. Ours was a company recognition event and the historical feel of the Avalon Downtown was perfect. Food was incredible and the staff was very professional and accommodating. I would recommend the Avalon for many more events! Thanks
