Went to an open house showing for one of their properties and Tori was friendly for only half a second until she found out we already had a realtor and we were just checking out the open house. She immediately stopped the 'fake nice', sat down and was on her phone while we toured the house solo. Very unprofessional, cold and awkward. You should be kind and courteous to people regardless if they're your customers or not. Unbelievable. It left me wanting to rule out all Bianco properties from our potential homes, it was so incredibly rude. Not a realty company I will work with in the future.

Our realtor was always responsive. High energy and willing to show us multiple houses a day. Didn’t pressure us into anything.

Phyllis Rittenbach was our agent. She was so beyond helpful! When we started looking for houses it was a headache. Houses were flying on and off the market. We were up to our eyeballs in houses. Saw a house we liked. I didn’t get a good look at the sign, just assumed it was Bianco Realty. I called the office bright and early and an Angel answered the phone. (Phyllis). I gave her the address of the house, and without hesitation, she said ok, I can meet you there in an hour. When we pulled up to the house, it wasn’t listed with Bianco! I was so embarrassed! But she did not mind. I was already a nervous wreck! When we met she was the perfect mixture of push and pull. I was so stuck in imaginary numbers, but she was the facts lady! She had great connections, not just for me but for everyone! Paired me up with a great banker, and helped us with every step. Phyllis was available at all times. Even at 5am. She was attentive, resourceful, helpful, and available any time I had a question. She was a God send! When we closed on our house, we received a small welcome home gift. I will cherish this gift forever. The whole experience was so smooth, easy going, and drama free, even for a nervous first time home buyer like myself.
