Photographer was cold and impersonal. Took all of 10 minutes to take 4 pictures,. The pictures taken were crooked/uncentered and even cut of the top of my sons head in one of the 3 pictures taken. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend if you want quality professional pictures at an affordable price.

Dont bother scheduling online, theyll just reschedule the time and refuse to honor the time that was confirmed online. We live 2 hours away from the studio and they still refused to keep our original time. Very unprofessional. I cant imagine they get very much business since the online schedule is wide open! Another dying business full of lazy unprofessional workers.

We were very disappointed with our experience. We arrived early for our appointment. We weren't seen until over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. The photographer barely spent any time with us. She had no suggestions on poses and didn't work with our child at all. We only received 6 pictures in total, and the pictures were only okay. She didn't even capture my child's smile. Honestly, we've had better experiences with Mall Santa/Easter pictures than here. I can take better pictures on my own. We spent a fortune for these photos. The photos weren't worth the hassle or the price.
