        You do the right thing by providing health insurance to an employee team member. Then when that employee team member leaves and you inform BCBSND that they left and not only is BCBSND unresponsive but the company continues to ACH your account. That is not right.

        my family needs medical coverage so I deal with this company. but it has been a horrible. to many phone calls to many errors not a good experience at all.
