The representative was extremely accommodating to what I needed, and finding me the right vehicle. Any problems with the vehicle since I've been fixed has been fixed. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Wonderful experience. We came in late on a Friday and met BRAYDON FRENZEL then did a test drive with it being close to closing time. BRAYDON offered to stay over or said he would be happy to come in on Saturday even though it was his day off. He kept in contact with us all day Friday since car was off lot being detailed then he worked with us the next day answering all my many questions with me being very cautious having been horribly ripped off by car dealers in Ohio. He got us where we wanted to be and we were able to finally make a deal. We got a good price for trade in and we are very happy with our new car. BRAYDON even called a few days later to make sure everything was going good and if there was anything we needed. After being scammed by A LOT of dealerships in Ohio this was our best experience buying a new car. I would HIGHLY recommend EIDE FORD/LINCOLN in BISMARCK. I would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for BRAYDON FRENZEL (SALES CONSULTANT) for any car buying needs. Thank you very much, Connie M.
