The second star is for the balcony I get. Dirty overall place, building always smells of tobacco and sometimes weed. Over $700/mo rent for a 1-bedroom.

Terrible people. They dont respect privacy or people with disabilities and medical conditions. Moved in less than a month ago and they did an inspection shortly thereafter with less than a 24hr notice and now they are attempting to spray the whole building and every apartment for pests with disregard for my medical condition regarding pesticides and other chemicals. The apartment was in bad condition (in need of many repairs) and they did not make me aware of an infestation. They expect me to allow exposure to the pesticides and move all of my stuff out of cabinets, the bathroom closet and everything away from the walls and are demanding I vacate my apartment for ten hrs with no compensation for a hotel. It was only an eight day notice as well and during this Thanksgiving holiday. Many tenants are upset, some moving out. Be aware
