        Staff double booked and then blamed us for not confirming through a text which isnt required. Then blamed us for them overbooked and turned us away from a 7am appointment. Did anything they could to not honor our appointment. UPDATE: Dr. Loflin is more worried about google reviews they patients. Reasons? Short staffed then accidental, then its all on the patient any lie they couple come up with. Whole office is rude petty and forgot why they work in the medical field.

        It's funny how these crooks get all these made up fake good reviews on Google. Just proves the shadiest crookedest place can buy good reviews. I have a $500 allowance, picked the cheapest frames and was told I had to pay $89 out of pocket. I asked for a printout of all the charges and they started backpedaling but never got a statement of charges. The salesperson finally agreed to let me have the glasses with no out of pocket costs. But I'm sure my Medicare paid $500 allowance for a $200 pair of glasses. Never got a statement of charges on the $590 pair of glasses in the cheapest frames. Crooks!
