Im very disappointed I owe $2300 on my current car paid over $26,000 or more ..Ive bought from them almost 3 years ago called to see about purchasing another one they currently have I really like low miles etc I called several times left messages for Karen she doesnt get back to you !!!! They have excuses!!!!!!! I dont buy it .. Finally today they tell me no.. after calling back a 3rd time Im sorry but if you want to sell cars CALL CUSTOMERS BACK !! I will go somewhere else !!! CarMax here I come ..All they had to do was tell me I had to pay the $2300 first but to ignore me !! NOT OK

This place was hands down the best experience Ive had buying a car. Karen was to the point and fast with getting me approved for the car I was interested in. She was incredible to work with and very friendly. There was a slight issue with the key for the car and they did their absolute best to fix it for me. Id definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Auto credit. We got a great deal on a minivan. No pressure no hassle. Quick easy purchase process. They were able to answer all of our questions and even went out of their way to look it up if they weren't sure. I was very worried I'd be stuck with a car if it broke down right after buying since we paid cash straight out. They eased my mind with a great price on a power train warranty. This place is the worse place to buy a car from. Got our vehicle from this place and a lugnut was missing from each wheel. They allow a man by the name of Phil McLamb to lease a spot on their lot to conduct his own business as a car dealer as a separate entity. He's shady, verbally assaultive towards women and is a pathological liar. Will say one thing and then try to go back on it when it's time for him to hold his end of the bargain. Told us they'd repair and pay for any mechanical issues that wasn't operating error or neglect, we had a radiator leak due to a crack, paid the mechanic for the diagnosis but Phil tried telling us we had to pay for the repair after it was fixed despite him saying the contrary, tried saying we caused it despite 2 of his mechanics saying otherwise. Do not buy from this place!!!
