        Poor service after the sale! If I had known that Eastwood rents their houses to HUD, I NEVER would have bought here! You can pay $650K for a house and have HUD as your neighbor!

        Been living here for the last 6 months. I like the home, warranty issues get addressed right away.Easy access to stores and wakeforest but long drives to downtown so be ready for that At the DMV they can figure out which county this place is at so it takes a really long time. The Franklin water company only takes money orders and they have to be taken there in person..that's a pain.
