        NC Farm Bureau (specifically Nick N and Melissa Edwards in my experience) have been TERRIFIC to work with ... unlike other insurance companies that spend a lot of money advertising on TV, they actually invest resources on answering phones and addressing urgent needs. The conversations are always professional and pleasant - and the resolution is usually immediate! I can't be more pleased that I have my Home, Vehicles and Umbrella with these guys!
