They are absolutely rude here and not family oriented at all. They are nice to you at the beginning, but as you go, they show their rude side. Very disappointed.

This is the best denist I think I've ever been to. Does it all by himself. Not much of a talker lol but the staff is so sweet! You feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you arrive. I recommend if you are scared of going to the denist. Then choose going to Dr. Ackerman. Great Place!

I went to this office because I needed a simple cleaning done (or so it should have been) and the hygienist and dentist need to get with the times- they are putting their patients through extra stress that isnt even necessary because they dont know the most recent facts for dental practices. After consulting in my physician and getting TWO separate opinions on what they recommended, turned out that their over zealous and old school understanding just put me through excess aggravation (or so they thought). They really need to brush up on the most recent rules and regs since they are up in age. so as to not go through lengths to pridefully act like they know what they are talking about when they do not and furthermore not to be so passive aggressive when questioned about why they make the claims they do when I politely told them in all my years that I was never given the information they recommended nor has any dentist or hygentist recommended why they did. I am glad I listened to my gut and walked out at the appointment.
