Long story short I paid my own shipping to save money. I contacted them 2 weeks later with no response. I left a negative and they asked what my tracking number was. I gave him the tracking number and another 2 weeks pass with no communication even after several messages sent. . I finally contacted EBay gave them the tracking number, they saw that the seller had it for 3 weeks and just wasnt issuing the refund.
1 hr after an eBay agent spoke with me I had my $400 back. Disappointing. I Hope you all have a better experience.
