My wife and I own a small car rental business in Maui HI. One of our clients referred W.N. Ireland Insurance as his personal car insurance after he damages one of our cars. After I email and call them many times, explaining our difficult situation here in Maui due to the wildfires, the company still took more than 3 weeks to reply that their client didnt have the coverage in his policy. I felt very disrespected and disappointed by their customer service, I wouldnt recommend that to anyone. We are also going to have to bring the situation to a small claim court here in Maui cause the client is also refusing to cost for the damage even knowing, and we have all the proof, that the damage occurred during his rental. Very sad, after all we have been through here in Maui we still have to deal with that.

Very knowledgeable and have options for all insurance. The girls there are so helpful and responsible. I left a few years ago to follow another agent and his mom, and that was a big mistake. The other agent didn't know what they were doing, and never called back on time and my business with them was not important. I'm so happy that I went back to W N Ireland and they worked with me to get things corrected and right. They now have me with the correct insurance coverage. I will never go to another insurance agent again.
