        I had 4 windows replaced. This was a very positive experience! The installation crew was efficient, and very professional. I had a little damage to the framing which they repaired no problem before installing the new windows. Looking forward to future projects with Window World.

        Window World installers are the best! Matt and Brandon arrived within the given time frame and spent 3 1/2 hours removing each of my old 1970's windows (the window frames were full of caulk/paint layers). They were courteous, friendly, and met with the HOA/maintenance supervisor at my request prior to the installation. The caulk provided by the company didn't match at all, so they allowed me the time to run to Lowes to purchase a suitable color. After installing the second window, Matt found a scratch in glass window and will be ordering me a new panel. They worked from 11 am until about 8 pm and left the work site spotless. I will request these gentlemen to be my sliding glass installers next year! Sue Ann
