        I came to firestone to get some routine maintenance and a few small repairs. There wasn't an issues until they called me back after confirming what I was going to get done with a different price almost $200 more than what was originally quoted. I had to ask multiple times why there was such a big price difference before I got any semblance of an answer from the person I spoke to on the phone. The answer was still unclear and the person neither apologized for adding on services without my consent nor was I offered any concessions. I'm very disappointed by my experience and will not be returning. Services: Battery, Air & cabin filter replacement
