One of the worst apartment complexes in Winston. Tell tenants they can have visitors and tell the visitors they have to park in visitor parking by the leasing office but when you park by the leasing office, they tow your car for $265! Then when you show proof that you were parked in the right place, they don't want to give you your money back! Would NOT recommend!

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!! When I initially moved in there was no working oven for the first three weeks of living here along with busted blinds and a dryer with no lint filter and a kitchen sink with the concrete floor exposed. The property manager has come to assess these issues and apologize promising they would be fix but have yet to fix them three months later. The room floor corners where the carpet meets the wall is black and dirty. The units have potential and arent old, but due to wear in tear and poor maintenance services it greatly decreases the quality of living. There is also black debris and build up(hopefully its not mold) surrounding our air vents. When the maintenance does respond, he is rude and will bang on the door impolitely and make slick comments. The shuttles are always breaking down suddenly if you dont have a car and if you do have a car you end up paying monthly to park where you live. The price of parking is more than it would cost for a year long parking pass on a campus when you add up the amount of your entire lease. There have also been multiple instances where the power just went out and it was just deacon station because the block streetlights stay on and people with properties directly next to us never are impacted by these sudden outages. The management always says they will call you back whenever you voice your concerns or bring to their attention their lack of proper management and they never call back. They wont compensate you for anything. It has honestly just been triffling living here and I would end my lease early if I could..Youre better off getting an apartment and splitting the rent with somebody.
