Vickie was amazing in helping find us a home in Clemmons. We were referred to her by a realtor we met in a different area, looking at homes. Vickie was very personable and set us up immediately with some homes to look at. She also took the time to show us around the area personally when we had limited time in town. We ultimately found a place that was near perfect for us. It was a semi-difficult transaction, mostly due to competition in the market. Despite these challenges, Vickie was able to get us the house we wanted, and under the budget we had in mind. We would not hesitate to use Vickie again for any of our real estate needs. She is super knowledgeable about the area and understands the nuisances of buying/selling in a wild and crazy market.

Vicki is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has now sold two houses for us - the last with a full price offer within 48 hours of listing. No doubt her skills at staging a home for sale contributes to her selling success! On the back side of the sale, Vicki located a rental home for us that suited us to a "T". When we are ready to purchase again, we will definitely contact Vicki!

Vicki is an amazing realtor. I had tried 3 other agents without success. She walked in to my home and gave me a few suggestions on what to improve and sold my home for more than I thought I would originally get for it in no time at all. She knows the market very well and was on top of everything from start to finish. I would use her again without hesitation.

A friend referred me to Victoria (Vicki) Lydon 18 months ago when I wanted to "explore" a possible home purchase in the greater Winston-Salem area when considering relocating to NC from New England. Vicki is most knowledgeable of the area, as well as perceptive to my particular tastes, wants and needs. When she did not know the answer to questions asked, she persisted to discover the correct response. She was always patient, straight forward, honest, genuinely kind and focused on me. During the 18 month interim, she stayed in contact, consistently kept me informed of new listings, and was always available to show a property or answer any questions or concerns. Although I did not purchase a property in the area Victoria served, she was enthusiastic regarding my sale and remained supportive.
