Really great place. Every day I feel confident that my child will be well taken care of and safe. All the teachers weve met have a passion for the kids and seem to enjoy what they do so I dont have to worry about them. Melissa and Alexis were great in the infant program with my daughter and I know that her knew teacher in the toddler program will be just as great. I look forward to using them for a few years down the road.

Was looking for information on the school and I have to say Im totally turned of just by the receptionists attitude. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

I worked here when I lived in Winston-Salem, back in 2018. This was the best job I ever had, which I unfortunately had to leave due to medical reasons. The kids were wonderful and all the teachers were kind and fun to work with. My co-teacher in the preschool 1 room was particularly great. I really enjoyed working at Bright Horizons and would recommend it to anyone in Winston-Salem needing child care. They are connected to the hospital and are open most of the time, even when other centers are not. It's always a great and safe place for your children. If I had children, I wouldn't leave them at any other center. The facility was clean and spacious. Bright Horizons uses their own curriculum, which included everything important for a child's early development. I wish every single one of my former students at Bright Horizons good luck moving through elementary school!

I feel as though the administration at this daycare is not being truthful with parents. While touring the facility, you are assured that space will be available in the time frame in which you need childcare, despite there being wait list because, as the employee stated, "by the time most people on the wait list are contacted, they have already found childcare." So you pay them $75 to be added to the list. If you ask them how many people are in front of you, they will put off answering your question or promise to call you back and let you know and then you won't hear from them again. And forget calling and leaving multiple messages because your call will not be returned. If you are lucky enough to eventually get in touch with someone when you call back again, they are very rude. When you press them for an answer about where you are on the wait list, you finally find out that there are DOZENS of people ahead of you! Are they telling parents that there will be a space available when they need it just to get people to pay the $75 fee? Who knows, but sure seems that way.
