Called to place and order and it was bad customer service ppl playing on phone acting like they taking orders and acting very slow and unprofessional, do better !

Fix your app. Called to cancel my order, asked me to order somewhere else because they are too far away. The Dominos app places the order at the location not me. The pizza here is significantly worse than other Dominos in the area anyway, kind of a blessing in disguise.

Its tough for me to decide whether to give this a 2 star or 3 star review, but Im leaning more toward 2 stars: (Review left on 3/08/24) I placed a pick up order while I was at about done shopping at Target, then when I went into the Dominos store, the pick up order took about 30 or 40 minutes, which is fine given that they were busy making the pizzas for other customers. What I did not like is that there was an older black lady that said to me in a very rude tone What are you doing? She said it like I was a nuisance to her, or like I was causing problems or something, which made me feel unwelcomed there, but all I did was just simply stand and waited quietly for my order while I was trying to be courteous by opening the door for the workers carrying out orders and even the ones that were simply coming back into the store + any customers that were entering into and/or out of the store! I gently tried to explain to the lady that I was just simply waiting for my pickup order, and again, I dont recall exactly what she said, but she asked me in a rude tone something the lines of Is it a pickup order? which I said something along the lines of Yeah, I have a pickup order and then I think she asked What name is it under which I think I told her its for my name, but she seemed to completely ignore what I said because later on, she was saying something about my order, but then one of the workers told her that my order was already in the oven. I wasnt even mad at her (and Im still not), but the thing is that I was hoping that she would apologize for her behavior, but she didnt even apologize at all, so I asked 2 employees there gently why she was rude to me, because I was trying to get a better understanding of her, which one of them said that she is normally nice and then the other one (which seemed to be a manager, but I dont have any direct conclusions) was wondering what she said that was rude, which I explained to him that she asked me what am I doing which I didnt think to address the way she said it was rude, but I did mention that the rest of the employees there were polite except for her, then he told me that he is going to talk to her about that. The lack of empathy from that employee that was rude to me is what has influenced me to give this a 2 star review and she made me feel like I was not welcome there!
