      image In the 3 tears I've had to use this bank for my landlord, i have never spent less than 45 minutes per trip. The customer service ranges from mildly annoyed you are bothering them to out right despicable customer service. They seem to try to go out of their way to hire awful, horrible, unhappy people who take it out on the customers. I have every possible excuse as to why there was an issue trying to deposit my rent, it ultimately just comes down that this is always an awful experience coming here that both my wife and I dread every time.
