        I'm not sure if today was an off day. But the staff looked miserable. As a food service worker myself, I understand life stress, but also, once you step into that uniform, your now represent what that company stands for. They made it difficult to customize the sandwich I chose to start. Didn't listen to the toppings I chose. And also not communicating with anyone but each other. I love most locations, but thos one missed the bar. I usually tip what I spend when I get food, but today I left zero. If they had shown a shred of appreciation that I brought my business to them instead of disdain, I could have done a nice thing. All I heard was complaining about big orders this early . I run a restaurant, and I understand, but as soon as that guest walks in, I at least say hello. I wasn't greeted till a minute or so, and I had a rough night myself, I've been feeling ill and just wanted a sub. This was gonna be my happy place, but all it was was this location being the worst I've ever been to.
