I would give Zero stars but giving one is required in order to leave my review. You (Whitney) seem to think that if you are not “familiar” with the person leaving the review that it is not valid. This is so far from the truth and what you think does not matter. There is nothing tranquil about Tranquility Care. And there is definitely no caring taking place. Since you seem to have the answer for everything, riddle me this, why is my sister sleeping under a coat? Why does the Sheriff have to go into the facility and take a picture for me to see my sister? She is not a prisoner and you are not running a correctional facility, although it seems that way. We have a right to see her whenever we want to. Please do not strain your brain to answer this. I already know that you will copy and paste the same answer you use to respond to all the reviews if they’re not to your liking. Let’s be real any stars that you have with a higher rating than 1 is from the employees that work there. Tranquility Care is a dump and should be condemned. It is not fit for a human being to live in. We have tried to get my sister moved from there and you continue to do all you can to block us from moving her.

Great staff and the owner treats me with complete respect and answers any questions I have every time I’m there to visit.

This facility is a great place for your loved one to live if they need assistance. The Owner treats her residents like family. She has completely turned this building around. Her heart and soul are in it!
