Katie went above and beyond to get our house sold. We live out of state and she handled everything for us - making sure our yard was maintained, coordinating new carpet, paint, countertops, backsplash literally everything. We sold for more than asking and in less than 10 hours online. Everything was smooth and easy. Katie communicates thoroughly and timely.
