Legends Ice Cream & Churros

I ordered what was on big display that showed a gansito and I asked for that because I love gansitos. But I did not get what I paid for and when I go ask them if that was a gansito if that was what on the display and he said yes and I knew damn well it was not. I have eaten gansitos ALL my life because they are my favorite they have a filling inside and it was disappointing that they lied to my face and I didnt get what I paid for. I posted what I received vs what was on display which is what I asked for and what an actual gansito looks like. If you dont have a food item just say so thats it. I do not mind paying what I mind is not getting what I paid for.

Music too loud. Server dull personality and got offended when asked to turn music down. Prices way toooooo high. Didn't have cones or watermelon ice cream that was on the menu. Ice cream was freezer burnt and my husband and I couldn't even eat it. I got coffee flavor and he got oreo. Don't waste your money!!!!! Won't last. This atmosphere seems like a fun and exciting experience yet it is dull and boring with lack of execution and personality!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. The 3 people who were serving yesterday afternoon had a bad attitude, after 20 minutes waiting for my order and asking me they simply told me that I had to keep waiting because there was no ice, they gave me my money back but it was not the idea or the way to do it. serve a client. The floor was dirty with fruit remains everywhere. If the place is nice for its decoration, it's a shame they have a staff that needs training on how to serve a customer. I saw the prices as somewhat exaggerated. It was my first and last time to visit that place.

This is a cute spot for churros and extravagant milkshakes, however, almost everything is overpriced. 1 filled small churro is $5.75 EACH and a SMALL basket of the regular churros are $11.50 WITHOUT the sauce. Although the options are plentiful the prices are unreasonably high for churros which require few low cost ingredients to make and can be prepared quickly. The milkshakes are impressively crafted, however, they are not really that large - they come in a regular sized mason jar for the &13.99 + price they charge. The taste of the churros were good but no different from any other churros Ive had.
