Very great . I'm so pleased with the doctor's staff nurses. Clean facility. The cafeteria was nice and clean well balanced meals. The group's very interesting and pin pointed to daily problems. I really enjoyed the way they set up everything. Staff were so nice and helpful We didn't have a lot of downtime, which was great. So it helped with the depression. Great structure invirement. A+ I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for a great helping hand.

Inept old care takers. Understaffed. Lost my belongings. The doctor barely spoke to us. Lumped in with meth addicts. The treatment was bouncing a beach ball. Denied outdoor access if the nurses were too tired. I could go on.

Lisa Waye was the most attentive, caring, kind, and understanding doctor that ive ever came in contact with.. she truly cares deeply about all of her patients and got me back on track 100 % .. the rest of the staff was wonderful also.. big ups to Da'quan and Mia for being the very best techs on the unit.. I will recommend ol'vineyard to many in the future!! Lindsay Salter, current patient discharged today AKA: Lindsay Newkirk

As a person who attended this facility the only reason it's getting two stars is because of select people through my stay, especially Donnie, Paige, Dawn, and Cheyenne. This places problem is not the people, yes you are going to have a few bad eggs, but that's everywhere. The problem is the way it's managed to operate, the goal in this place is not to help from a facility standpoint, the people I mentioned before and others showed me they care, but the facility as a whole no. My main issues are there is no in house translators, I saw with my own eyes one of the sweetest and kindest human beings I've ever met in my life not able to receive the help she deserves, a translator came for 6 hours for 4 days she was there, she was there for a week, the last two days she had zero help except from some of us patients and a couple techs that tried Google translate some. She was treated like she does not matter, literally outcast and left alone. Another issue is the actual treatment, when you have addicts, suicide attempts, and physiological illness in the same ward there is no possible way to treat people accurately, I wasn't there for drug addiction but about half of the group work was about addiction, zero help to me. There is obvious staff shortage and when there's 1 tech and 1 nurse and they have to cater to a couple patients constantly, the help is stretched thin. If it weren't for the people I met along the way this would have been one of the worst experiences of my life, the real help I got was from the select few people I connected with, if you're reading this thank you so much Meisha, Dany, Rick, Cj, and Robert. I owe so much to each one of you. There should be more dedicated treatment. Another issue is I saw a girl with schizophrenia that had been there over a month with nowhere to go, here family shut here out, it's the saddest thing I've ever seen in my life, it was inhumane because I know this is this girls life she gonna be bounced around from facility to facility, the saddest part is it's the facility that's making her worse, she's treated like an animal stuck behind locked doors with no actual therapy to help her. This place and others like it really need to change, suicide, addiction and mental illness are real problem and they're treated like animals with little to no value.
