I love Lourdes Ramos FNP! She is the best and treats you like family. Im only giving this clinic 2 stars because their receptionist NEEDS to be replaced or they NEED to hire another one. Many times have I called the clinic where there was NO ONE to answer. I left voicemails, tried calling an hour later, waited for a call back and no one picked up or even fave me a callback. You have to call them again to be accommodated. Today I called and FINALLY someone picked up the second time, had my question sorta answered and before I could even ask another question SHE HUNG UP ON ME! No Goodbye , Anything else I can help you with?. SHE JUST HUNG UP. I get it your busy, but its not that hard to be nice enough to end a phone call especially when you barely pick up one. Tried calling the office again and not to my surprise NO ONE PICKED UP (even though I was just got off). Their voicemail box is also full so I couldnt leave a message. Just so unprofessional. I hate having to switch PCPs just because of how unprofessional the receptionist is. Please do something about it!!!!

I really like going to see Lourdes, Ramos as my nurse practitioner Alot at this clinic. I have no complaints right now.

As with Ms. Colon, my experience with Lourdes Ramos, FNP, was not good. I found her bedside manner to be quite demeaning. She spoke "down" to me, and had the audacity to mention psychiatric care not five minutes into my visit. It was my visit with her that spurred me to take action and secure better insurance so I would NEVER have to go back to her office. I get it, FNP programs have a responsibility to fill minority student quotas. However, there are some people who should never be medical providers.

Dr. Lourdes Ramos is very rude! I came today for a follow up from a Hospital visit that I had. Mind you I am still not feeling 100% I still have an ugly cough and still feel tightness in my chest something that she said they already checked me at the hospital and I didnt have anything. She had the audacity to say that Im just making my symptoms up and that its just because I stopped some depression medicine. When obviously anyone can hear I had a cough! Beyond disappointed with this place and its the last time that I will be coming. Here!!! I dont need a doctor that says Im making up symptoms like I dont have other things to do.
