        Excellent customer service. They are very busy, so sometimes you have to call a few times or leave a voicemail, but they always get back to you. Bilingual staff, and they are very understanding for immigrants. I never had any issues with billing or staff at all. Dr. Sachs is amazing.

        RUDE STAFF!!The woman in the front have attitudes!It's horrible the way they talked to my mother when all she did was go inside to get a card that I called before hand in the parkin lot to let them know!If she miss understood she could have just said that a young short woman in her 20's possibly that worked today at 3:50 pm on February 15,2021, if she doesn't know how to talk to people why is she in the front?She needs to get it together because she must have really lost her mind yelling and screaming over a CARD!If you are mad or in a bad mood please go home or go to the back and do something else don't just put your anger out on someone.
