Went to counseling to save my relationship. Have to admit, this was my experience in couples counseling and I wasnt hoping for a happy ending because it didnt seem possible. Our sessions didnt always turn out as I expected. Some in tears, some in laughter. I was surprised at how she helped us become aware of some unhealthy patterns we were stuck in. I was able to learn how to connect in much more positive ways, and Ive since taken that and applied to other parts of my life.
