        I ENTERED THE BUILDING AND GREETING EMPLOYEE SHE IGNORES ME AND I JUST STOOD THERE WAITING FOR HER TO ASSIST ME, RIGHT AFTER SOMEONE WALKS IN AND SHE IMMEDIATELY WALKS OVER AND ASK HOW SHE CAN HELP HIM, HE ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE BEFORE HIM AND SAID OH NO, HE WAS HERE FIRST SHE THEN LOOKS AT ME WITH AN ATTITUDE AND SAY WHAT DO YOU WANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE GAVE ME NO ESTIMATE TIME WHEN ASK WHEN THE KEY I WENT THERE TO GET WOULD BE DONE WOULD NOT! RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

        *Update* 03.15.2024 Still THIS They are a household name in Winston-Salem. The absolute best of the best with mad skills. I've bought three safes from them. Use them for anything lock/key/safe related. Always have and always will. Thank y'all!

        These guys are quick at what they do. I had 5 doors that needed keys and they were done in 30 minutes. They were very professional. The price was super cheap compared to the other locksmiths I called. They charged me $130 and the other locksmiths were going to charge me $400. Major difference there... don't know what the difference was. I am very grateful to this company for me saving this much money.

        Had three keys made and one they had to make a blank for it took all of 5 minutes for them to do and they all work perfect! Very fast service and friendly staff. Great prices s well!

      Every business evolves over the years, and we are no different. Our doors were first opened in 1930 by W.B. Elliott in what is now used by the Winston-Salem, North Carolina police department. Back in the old days, we were more than just a locksmith. We worked on all sorts of things, including guns, bikes, and just about anything else that our customers would bring in.
