        A gaggle of ineffectual idiots. They took a premature payment and refuse to submit a refund. Fraudulent company.

        I received a loan from this company with the help of my grandmother around a year ago. My credit is not that great and it certainly takes time to get it to a good place. Recently I contacted them to refinance the loan to be able to have my grandmother removed from the loan as I didnt want her to have to have any responsibility for the loan. I have made 11 payments to Lendmark consistently. Ive never asked for extensions or anything. I was told that because my credit still wasnt good that they wouldnt be able to refinance it (since they could only do it if the balance was over $1000). So essentially I am penalized for paying the bill leading it to reduce the amount owed ( what youd think they would want-someone who pays) and not valued for being loyal and not defaulting on the loan which a lot of times people do. I feel unappreciated as a customer and quite frankly, just another loan number.
