It was kind of frustrating to get ahold of them because of all the press 1 for such and such, press 2 etc. but Ive been with them for a while and Ive never had any issues. Very happy with customer service.

My representative, I talked to was really sweet and helped me with all of my questions. He was very patient and thorough. I greatly appreciate everything that this company has done for me, and I have great insurance!

They are scammers!!! Last year the Sebanda agency renewed my policy with this company, they have not given me a refund since December, they say that they sent me the check twice and they do not know why it does not arrive and that the fault is USPS, I should complain to them they. Their representatives do not solve anything, they keep the clients' money, they do not want to make the refund directly to my bank account from where they extracted my money, they only want to send checks that never arrive, I am going to report them.

Literally if there is a zero star I would give it to this company. Their claims department is just a mess, they are non responsive. I had a car accident three months ago, and I'm still trying to get them to pay for the fix, they keep playing games and switching me from an agent to another. I ended up paying for the fix and the rental car, and all what I got from them is the initial estimation check, basically 30% of the total amount. Although they assured me that they understand it would cost more to fix the car and they will cover it.
