These people never answer the phone. They dont get nothing done when they tell you to get it done. Ive had four workers already. Everybody quit and dont tell thepeople They working with nothing.im trying to port out of this county . And its a whole process just to get them to even answer the phone for that.

I just called 6 times no answer none of me emails answered!!! And I need and extension on my voucher before its too late to ask because my worker quit never told me and was supposed to be working on sending my port packet

I wouldnt even give a one star but I received a letter finally after 2 or 3 years and I was hopeful thinking that I could at least just call and ask to change my address so they could send out another letter but unbeknownst to me I dont think thatll happen. I cant even get someone on the phone to speak with about changing my password on the website only to get the run around. They tell me this person can help me and then I get the same response from that person. There should be no reason for someone to call several times out of the day just to be dismissed everytime and it seems like its intentional and they dont care because they play games like its funny and they also talk crap as if we cant hear. What I wanna know though is why are yall doing this to people that need genuinely need ASSISTANCE. They think were stupid and will tolerate anything and I dont think that right to treat someone a certain way due to our economic status. This makes me sad because I got my hopes up for nothing thinking that I could be receiving housing I may just have to move on for now because I dont know whats going on with these people. Ima try and be positive and think that there could be a silver lining in all of this and keep going

This is THE most unprofessional and unorganized facility I have ever come in contact with. I applied for a voucher back in 2020, I didnt hear back until feb of 2022. I drove 2 hours for it to just be an informational meeting (it really couldve been done over the phone), fast forward to December of 2023 , I receive a follow up letter stating to come in to get my voucher , I drove another 2 hours to Winston just for them to tell me I have to reschedule because I didnt print off my paystubs , even though I had the paystubs ready on my phone. They did not offer to allow me to print or even let me come back. They really can take that voucher and stick it where the sun doesnt shine. A bunch of raggedy , unkept women in that office.
