        After staying at the terrible Hampton Inn in Bermuda Run we were happy to leave there and come here! This place is super clean, excellent location & the staff is TOP NOTCH. Our room is clean and spacious for our family and we love how it has a full kitchen area minus stove. The fridge is almost full size too. Would definitely recommend this place

        So far, it's a great place to stay. Staff go out of the way, and you have stores nearby, so stop in. Rooms: Plenty of room plus kitchen too. Nearby activities: They have stores and restaurants nearby Walkability: Close to what you need Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants and more

        I want to start off by saying I do t like to write bad reviews, but I'm not sure how this place has a 4.5 star rating. It's a complete cluster of a mess! Over the past weekend, I brought my family to stay here based on the reviews. I used hard earned points, which I wish I never did. First of all, I'm not sure why there's an app that lets you pick your room if that's not honored. I pick specific rooms because I'm a light sleeper. I chose a top floor room away from the elevator and was given a 2nd floor room close to the elevator, so I had to listen to people above and in the hallways stomp around all night long. Second, the breakfast at 730a on a Saturday was already so hard and stale that it could've chipped a tooth. Third, the pool chlorine smell could knock you over coming in the front door, which is a main reason I wanted to come, so my son could swim, which we didn't let him. Then, to top it off on Saturday night at 9 when we returned all dirty from my son's dirt bike race we had to sleep dirty because there was no towels in the whole place eventhough we were promised them in 10 minutes. Went back down at 1030 and was told there was no towels and the girl was going to call the manager to find out where there were some. At 11:08pm we received a call from the front desk that she would be up in, you guessed it, 10 minutes but never came. This place has potential to be a good spot but I would avoid it until staffing gets better.
