        Valet took almost 30 minutes to get our car. No coffee machine in room so trudged to lobby to find it cold. Manager called after I submitted internal review but did not apologize. Room and hotel are otherwise just okay. Overpriced for what it is. Should not be a Kimpton.

        There are so many good things I want to say, Im not even sure where to begin! I want to start off with saying the staff are wonderful - from the valet, to the front desk, restaurant, and everything in between. The vibe of the hotel and all of the complimentary amenities (gym, game room area, wine happy hour, etc) to name a few, have made our trip a 10/10. The front desk even texted me after we got to our room to ensure our stay was exceptional. The hotel feels super safe and comfortable, needing a key to access your floor. The cleanliness of our room and the common areas is impressive! I have nothing but good things to say, and I cant wait to stay at a IHG hotel in the future. Thank you, Kimpton Cardinal staff!
