I waited for my blowout appointment for 2 weeks because apparently in this city it is impossible to get weekly pampering. Maybe it is a concept that is unheard of but I like to take care of myself.  I received an email confirmation yesterday morning and arrived on time to be told the stylist is not there and had been out for days. They stated they sent texts but that they did not cancel my appointment? So they let me come to the salon via a Lyft to rudely tell me nobody could do my hair.  A simple blowout. This is how this salon treated someone new to the area. They did not offer to accommodate me at all. So no I do not recommend this salon for dog grooming! What I do recommend the  young lady at the front desk get some spanks, better eyeliner, fix her slur, and her hair. Her overall appearance was not what I would expect at a salon or rebuttal business that promotes beauty!

Totally fabulous blow-out. Service started right on time, and stylist was delightful to talk with and was excellent at blowing out my hair. If I lived in Winston-Salem, this would be my go-to place. Service: Hairstyling

I went as a new costumer yesterday and I walked in thinking I was going to get 5 star service, instead I received not even a 2 star service. I paid $160 for a bad cut and highlights that hardly even showed up in my hair, to be honest my hair color looks exactly the same as it did walking in there. I could have had better service at great clips for $40 bucks. When I called them today to see if I could get it fixed the receptionist was very rude and snappy. The manager called me back a few minutes later and told me they only have their new people doing hair because of covid19 and I could come back to get a different cut. At this point a refund is the only thing I would like. I will never return and will be going to Aeracura so they can fix my hair. I know for a fact that they have 5 star services and would never treat a costumer the way this company has treated me!! Go at your own risk, but know the quality is not worth the money.
