        They allow people to linger on limited machines scrolling on cell phones which is actually impacting others, but make a big thing about lunks wearing tank tops and drinking from a gallon jug which impacts nobody. I complained and was told 'some people are inconsiderate' by an employee who could careless and did nothing and gave no indication she'd even pass on my complaint to the manager as I asked her to. Good price though so I'd recommend but lower your expectations on busy days and they will be met.

        Great staff. Hydro-bed is worth the Black Card monthly fee by itself. Gym is kept very clean.
