Synergy Winston Salem

I love synergy so much. I came home about 3 months ago ago to care for my mom and was looking for temporary home gym, and can I tell you the ladies at this gym welcomed me I with open arms. I wanted to try them out because they had this cool special where try them out for 2 weeks for $30 dollars. It was soooo worth it. I mean you really get to try out the gym and more importantly to you get to build a little community. The owner and team have been so welcoming and it has been my own personal space where I can have self care. The classes are all great but I especially love spinning and the combo classes. If you are new to the area or looking for a new gym home then I highly recommend synergy. They are welcoming and so are them members. I talk about them so much to my family. I said will be going back home but when I come to town this will be my gym home.

As someone who has been searching for a fun, uplifting, and supportive community Im thrilled to have found it with synergy. Ive always hated big box gyms because they felt impersonal and lacked the accountability I like when working out. Synergy provides a safe space to do high energy and reflective workouts. It may be hard to visualize what I mean so Id recommend trying for yourself. I got a five pack class and my husband and I quickly bought another ten pack class and now were monthly members. Its addictive in the best way. Thanks for being a fun place to show up for yourself and let go.

Absolutely love this place! I have been in many gyms over the years but have never been in one I wanted to go back to until going to Synergy. If youre contemplating going here you should have no doubts that it will be an AMAZING experience!

I was looking for a new gym when I stumbled upon Synergy in Winston Salem. I was NOT disappointed! The variety of classes, personable instructors and intimate setting has really set the bar of what a gym should offer. They offer an unlimited membership for yoga, spin and hiit workouts (that's what I have). All in all, this place feels like home!
