Worst customer service I have ever expired. Cashier Marisela ripped off my receipt I asked for a new one. Said she did not know how to reprint a copy, called manager over speaker phone, he told her I would have to wait because he was BUSY. Waited over 15 minutes and he did not showed up. I told cashier Marisela I woukd like a refund instead, said she did not know whow to give a refund and that the manager need to do it and that he was BUSY. I went to back of store to located manager as I need to leave and needed my refund he told me I had to wait because he was BUSY and left me talking to myself. At the time of writing this review it has been more than 45 minutes since I requested my money back for the poor customer service I was offered by these people. Will be my last time time shopping at this horrible place. Workers not trained properly and give bad attitude to paying customers. But worst is the manager that dont put any effort to resolve issues. After 50 minutes of waiting for manager someone came out of the back of store gave my refund and did not even provided an apology for waisting my time.
