The staff was nice but where I dont have insurance or a lot of money to have a tooth extracted they never called in antibiotics for an infection in a chipped tooth.

I love it here. I got bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable.

If I could give this place lower than a one star I would. Completely DISAPPOINTED in this office. My fianc has a tooth that has put him in extreme pain to the point where he will cry. We did have an appointment scheduled but unfortunately had to miss it bc we had a FAMILY EMERGENCY. Just called a few minutes ago, first off the lady who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY rude to me, she said she couldnt understand me then immediately puts me on hold, so I wait, and I wait, no one picked up the phone. I hanged up and called back again and as soon as she picked up the phone she was laughing. I was told that he could not be scheduled. Im beyond frustrated at this point and disgusted at this office. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 would NOT recommend.

We absolutely love this Dentist! The staff have always been so kind with each of us. Were a family of 5, and since switching our kids to this Dentist they no longer dread their appointments. Now theyre just excited for their next appointment!

I was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED in my visit at this dentist office! I had to have 2 teeth extracted so I was referred to the office by another office since I needed it done as soon as possible. My first time calling the office to schedule my appointment I was placed on hold for 20-25 minutes by the receptionist which was outrageous. When I came in for my consultation, the dental assistant was amazing and very polite, but the Dr came in reviewed my x-rays and told me what my options were and I was told to let her know what I wanted to do and she left me with the dental assistant and moved on. I didnt feel like she had good bed side manners and I felt rushed and not considered at all during my appointment. No one gave me a prescription for the antibiotic that I was supposed to start taking for my procedure so when I came back a few days later to have the teeth extracted and it was very traumatizing. I was awake for the whole thing. She pulled my teeth and left the dental assistant to finish up. There were no aftercare instructions or anything. The aftercare package that they gave me after my procedure was a paper with aftercare instructions and 4 gauzes!! THATS IT! There were tooth and bone fragments left at the extraction sites and I still have a piece of the bone sticking out of my gums 2 weeks later. The receptionist needs help and I strongly recommend that the staff learn good bedside manners and learn how to treat patients. I will never return to this office!
