If you love your kids DO NOT send them here. Your child WILL get hurt and they will NOT inform you or make a report like they are required to by law. The only way you will even know anything happened is because your child told you about it. They try to sweep everything under the rug. The "new" director has NO clue what she's doing, and she also has a very nasty attitude towards parents when they question her and her staff as to why policy hadn't been followed

Never did tell us about the tuition at the initial tour. Then all of a sudden coming around about some extra money that needs to be paid and extra paperwork it wasnt fair

At first I really enjoyed the experience, my son's teacher was amazing. I think she ended up leaving after a week though. Then it just started to feel like a mad house. Over crowded, class jumping, inexperienced staff and quite a few parents that didn't seem to care about their children at all. It's a great place, if you just need somewhere to take your child and dont really mind if there are no relationships being built. For some it may work, but for me it did not. I've since moved my LO to a local Christian daycare and I couldn't be happier. Its the corporate built daycares that just lose touch with the children- because numbers seem to be too priority. Advice to management: Stop trying to pack them in like sardines, so there's more of an opportunity for your teachers to breathe and have more one on one time with the children. Quality over quantity is what's best for the kids. Start holding some of the parents accountable for careless attitudes towards their own children.
