        Called no human contact, system asked too many questions, no option representative. Also, after 10 minutes was transferred to a call center 19 calls ahead of me.

        Allegacy should be ashamed of this branch. This is not what I have come to expect from Allegacy. The branch manager offers excuses instead of solutions and her team isnt much better. They just shrug and suggest going to another branch. Sorry Allegacy but that is pathetic customer service. Retrain, restaff or shut down this branch. They are no where near the level that your members are accustomed to.

        Sides Branch Rd location is the worst! Always SO slow, no matter what time of day. The only reason I go there is because it's on my way home from work. The ATM is frequently out of service, and the drive thru window is slow. Don't ever go here if you're in a hurry. Been coming here several years and it never gets better.
