The staff of B Balanced are the most professional and helpful people you could hope to interact with in the therapy field. They have done nothing but make me feel welcome and aid me and my family in times of crisis. I cannot say enough good things about this business and the people who work here.

Michael Smith is a genius and always very well prepared for our sessions. Feels like I'm his only Client. The remote sessions are extremely helpful

Had an opportunity to visit this location as member of LCCNC on their retreat. From the time we entered until the time we left, this location presented an amazing feeling. As a client who may not have ever experienced therapy before, this location has a coffee/snack bar in the huge lobby space that will allow you to be comfortable while waiting. There are a host of therapists that each have their own niche to serve various populations and offer a quiet space in which can feel open with the therapist. One of their practices is Art therapy which allows individuals to access their creative brain while allowing them to learn more coping strategies. Lastly, the location is secure and felt safe in this space. Also, bonus, there is a cool statue in the front of the building.
