        I have been going to this Starbucks for several years. The service over the last six months has been steadily going downhill. Today I ordered a latte and handed my personal cup to the person at the register. For the second time in 8 days I didn't get credit for my cup. I don't care about the 10 cents off but I want the 25 Stars. Why is it so hard to remember the discount when you have the cup in your hand? The barista making my coffee didn't know I had a cup, so she wasted a paper cup. That defeats the purpose of taking the cup in the first place. I get better service at the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter run by Harris Teeter employees.
