      image I came to this store very frustrated. Whitney, the store manager, worked with me and gave me outstanding customer service. After she showed me so much empathy for my situation she offered her understanding nature of concern by letting me know that my situation was uniquely similar to hers. She overstood my situation and was the perfect manager to offer me the best customer service I have ever experienced at any metro store. And I have lived in 4 county's: alamance, Guilford, Forsyth, and Mecklenburg, and she was the best! Hands down. Thank you Whitney.

      image Whitney and kimise helped me out fast and quick.. so sweet and helpeful told me everything i needed to know about the home internet.. needless to say im leaving with 5g home internet and i have 3 happy kids who can enjoy wifi all day and night!
