I have been a psychiatric patient at MTC since about 2017. I am currently seeing Dr. Harper, who is personable and attentive. I have been medicated for bipolarism for over a decade and it has been remarkably common for psychiatrists to be dismissive of my concerns. He makes me feel heard and ensures that all my needs are addressed. He is superior at explaining the purpose of the medications he prescribes and I never end a visit with a question. If I have to wait for my appointment, I don't get upset because I know he is genuinely helping someone and when it is my turn, I won't be rushed or neglected. Dr. Harper is a gem and I am so thankful for his help.
