The doctors dont listen to you and give poor service. They ask you what you want to do instead of being doctors and telling you what is needed. I suffered with pneumonia that could have been prevented as well as nasty infection that could have been avoided if they would just listen to their patients. I could go on..

I love this place . The staff is so helpful . They are nice and very polite. The nurse in the back are wonderful to . The doctors are very Sensitive to your needs.

Id give if I could every time I or my home health nurse call and explain what is going on with Brandon urine or a catheter issues or that we believe he may have a UTI. We are giving nothing but attitude from the nurse and we dont even know if she is giving the doctor the information that we are telling her. Every time we ask if they would like a urine sample because he is showing no symptoms. They always tell us now and then a day after or so he is running a high fever or he has become so sick that hes septic or gets sepsis and Hass to be put on an IV anabiotic Then when we called to give you this information and tell you that hes been placed on an IV We get told that were in the wrong, and he did not need to be on an Well obviously the hospital thought that he did especially if theyre sending him home with IV antibiotics This is completely an early ridiculous and uncalled for and its not fair to Brandon his wife or health nurse to be treated so poorly. I am going to send pictures of what his urine look like a month ago when he became so septic. The paramedics even asked me if it was vomit and I told them no thats what came out of his urine bag. As far as Im concerned, his urine should never become this poorly. Because youre failing to listen to what were saying about the patient.
